The land is for agricultural use. The land was mainly used for extraction purposes (sand, gravel, aggregates, etc.), and at the end of the extraction converted to agriculture. On the other hand, land with extractable potential remains in the northern area of the estate.
Recently the company had sold 15 hectares of land on which a landfill of aggregates and waste was authorized (resolution subsequently rejected). An area of 10 hectares has been committed for a concession to third parties for environmental recovery.

The property includes land located in the municipality of Rome 105 hectares (1,050,000 square meters) with a partly flat and partly hilly course. It is also crossed by the private road for public use via di Monte Carnevale and enjoys excellent roads, being close to the Rome / Fiumicino arteries and connected to Rome via via della Pisana and della Portuense.
The current use of the property is of an agricultural type. In this regard, it is specified that 50 hectares are irrigated and supplied with consortium water, the others are mostly arable land, part of them were then optioned for photovoltaic projects.

The property in question is located in the municipality of Rome (XI and XII districts) not far from the Fiumicino's airstrip, above the Piana del Sole near the da Vinci park, almost reaching the Ponte Galeria refineries. This area is strategically important due to its proximity to the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.
It is evident that the development possibilities of the area are many and diversified, in particular of the mining, agricultural, agritourism, speculative, industrial, hospitality and residential type.
The area in addition to having a great interest from the logistical point of view has a great naturalistic and landscape vocation. In fact, it is very close to both Rome and Fiumicino, with commercial and industrial centers, as well as bordering the important green lung represented by the Castel di Guido company.
